Kindness before Valentines Day

Human Kindness it does exist.

So, I stopped by my neighborhood Gourmet to go shop to pick up some of
Sheff’s awesome crabcakes for dinner. Well was a bit busy and I overheard
the owner tell an elderly couple that they were sold out. Needless to say
they left without buying anything. The fellow in front of me asked if it
were true that there was indeed no crab cakes and that he placed an order
earlier for six of them

“Oh we have those for you” said the owner. She then claimed that she felt
bad that the gentleman who had left wanted crabcakes for his birthday. The
man in front of me went out side and chatted with the couple who were
readying to drive off.

I picked up only a couple of brownies to take home and I watched as the man
in front of me was telling the elderly couple that he would gladly give his
crabcakes to the couple for such an occasion. Instead of riding off, I
wanted to see how this was going to pan out. So I watched as the two men
when back into the shop. A few minutes later both came back out with three
crabcakes each.

It is nice to know that people can show kindness to strangers.
